Meet the AtoZ team

We are able to provide a range of support for your community’s efforts to end homelessness through our National AtoZ Support Team (thanks to the contributions made by AtoZ communities, partners and with the amazing support of the John T Reid Charitable Trusts) -

  • Michala McMahon – National AtoZ General Manager Provides overall strategic leadership for AtoZ nationally, including oversight of the National AtoZ Strategy and cross-state alignment. Michala’s focus is increasingly on national-facing leadership - strengthening relationships and supporting communities across the movement through coaching and engagement. This includes leadership of the national coaching model, framework training, communities of practice, learning sessions, and core tools (including the AHVTT).
  • Taylor Grills – National AtoZ Practice and Improvement Lead Leads national practice and improvement - taking the lead on strengthening practice foundations across the movement, including practice reviews, development of training resources, coaching plan design, and continuous improvement supports aligned with Housing First. Her cross-state experience positions her well to build consistent, high-quality practice nationally and support communities toward functional zero or rare, brief and once-off homelessness.
  • Desiraye Solomon – National Data and Impact Lead Leads the national data product and data roadmap, dashboards, supports local data leads, strengthens reporting and analytics, and ensures data drives improvement, impact measurement and advocacy.
  • Casey Podzuweit – National Impact Support Officer Provides operational and coordination support across the AtoZ movement, including action planning, communities of practice, governance support, documentation, communications and key systems tracking.
